I’m not happy with the defense either, but I think some people are overreacting by saying this is a terrible Syracuse offense. We don’t know that. They were very good last year, lost all their talent, and replaced them. Fran Brown may just be a great coach. I’m much more concerned about what the injuries mean.

With the rule change on injuries, every team is going to use this strategy we have seen today. Lots of injuries that aren’t really injuries. Go down early. Game are going to last even longer

You act like we didn't lose Big O, Simmons, and ONL off the defensive line from last year. We've gotten severely banged up at DT. Our #1 CB isn't playing. Our #2 CB got banged up earlier in the game. Could defensive play calling be better? Absolutely. But this is game 1 and we're winning. We need to get out of this game without more injuries. Not looking forward to the injury report next week.

If we don't score here, or chew up a lot of clock this game could get interesting...... I'd prefer it didn't.

When you have a player/ player's parent or agent flirting with other teams, then just go ahead and cut that guy. Their heart ain't in it and it's not fair to the guys that are all in.
