UGA for me. That's the last monkey on our back.

Ooooof.

End the streak against uga and maybe be undefeated halfway through October or Heupel ends the “can’t win on the road” narrative.

I’ll say uga only because I think they are a bigger threat than bama this year for seccg contention, and I’ll be at that game. If I was smarter and less selfish I’d say bama because my home will be happier and a loss earlier to the better team should be better for playoff contention than the opposite.

PS. The world seems to be high on bama this year and we seem not to be. I am concerned we may be underestimating them in deboer year 2. Hopefully I’m worrying about nothing there.

Jerry's #1 concern in hiring a head coach is to find a kiss ass brown noser. That's been the Cowboys' problem for the last 30 years.
I used to imagine what the Cowboys could have been if Jerry's ego hadn't led to him getting rid of Jimmy. Jimmy Johnson built something special, and Jerry's ego couldn't handle that he wasn't getting the credit. IMO, Cowboys were on the verge of a dynasty. But Jimmy Johnson was the key.

*I'm not saying Aguilar can't lead the VOLS to another double digit win season. I would love for him too. I'm just being cautious about my enthusiasm for the QB positionthis season. I was all in on Nico winning the Heisman after we went to the ETSU game last season. I was wrong. We got to SEC play and Nico played scared. I'm not crowning Joey Aguilar "the best QB sincre Hendon Hooker" until I see him in SEC play. That's fair on my part. Wasn't Guaranto the Gatorade Player of the Year or an Under Armour All American or something like that? He didn't live up to our expectations. I know the coaches he had were subpar but a lot of it was on himself.
If this offense is still capable of getting guys open like it did during Hooker then Aguilar will light it up. If defenses have started figuring us out then it may be a struggle. This offense is designed to make qbs better than they are individually. Nico and Joe both struggled hitting open guys down the field.
