Umm........ I was just addressing why homicide rates fell by 33%. Both sides have become comical with their over reactions on everything.

Edit: The second part I was trying to point out the ignorance of saying to just "nut up".

You just contradicted yourself. Just because the sperm donor is a criminal, is issuing a death warrant on the child the proper 'punishment'? It's a hard issue to resolve, but it certainly exposes hypocrisy on both sides of the issue. I have no idea what the real answer is... my gut reaction is that no abortion is a good abortion. Killing is killing.

This might be picking a good apple out of bunch, but if I were to use the stats for DC in the county I live, we would have somewhere around 30+ rapes a year. The stats I can find is there has been less then 7 reported from 2018-2023, although there is some missing data from one of the State Parks for a few years which generally has no crime. As I said, stats can be funny as some are reported via sheriff, municipalities and parks even. Most of the crimes out here are non-violent usually drug related including burglaries. Funny enough the rapes that were reported were from the municipality which is close to Winston i.e. its not rural at all.

Here by me we know of two instances in about 5-6 years involving the same meth head but it was non-violent in nature but one was quite serious.

The homicide rate is similar, meaning if used the data from DC from 2024, this county would have had close around 200 homicides. From 2013 to 2022, this county had 16, again most of these were closer to a large city.

Drugs are a different story, violent crime - basically doesn't exist and there is a good chance the person knows who is committing the crime.

The difference here is, if you run into trouble you're probably on your own. Which is why a good portion of people are packing. Could take the coppers 20 minutes to get to us.

The increase in protest under Trump by 400% or the part where he didn’t directly comment on how much each is paid. And danced around it. Not sure if you noticed, protest is a progressive/liberal activity on a random Tuesday.
