Fun fact:

I was standing right next to that camera man, my aunt was a high up in one of the Sheriffs departments working that and got us all access passes. We thought we may be able to hangout on the terrace area but my dad was like “let’s see if we can get on the field” and we did and the plan was to hangout there before someone told us to leave, but they never did and we got to watch the game right there!

Is it legal to round them all up and put their natural talents to work for the good of all of VolNation? Can the VN attorneys weigh in on this matter? We’re not forcing them to do anything that they don’t already do every freaking minute of every freaking day anyway. Why not harness all of that malicious energy and channel it into an endeavor that could fund Tennessee NIL rate at a Higher level than Texas Tech, miami, texas , Oregon, and Texas A&M combined!

Kettlebells would make walking the dogs hard for sure. I have been known to carry the kettlebells up/down hills though.

The weighted vest would be convenient. I've never tried one, but I like the upper body time under tension, having to physically grip and carry the weights as opposed to wearing it. Definitely gets the burn in the grip, arms, shoulders, etc.

Get a hiking backpack and load it up. You could still carry your kettle bells and @mrMet could still walk his dogs. Then you can get more than one use for the backpack. A weighted vest is one dimensional. I have one and used it to train for a hiking in the mountains trek. My wife wouldn’t let me bring the backpack on vacation. She didn’t notice the weight vest until I unpacked it
My weight vest is 60 lbs. It has little weight pockets so you can vary the weight.

True but if you switched out our offense for Ohio States then we would have won that game. I didn’t mean that defense isn’t important but you are more likely to win with an electric offense and poor defense than with a dominant defense and poor offense. It use to be the opposite.
