Screen passes are great (in moderation).

We were nowhere near as reliant on them when Hooker was at the controls. It was completely driven by who the pilot was.
It's wild how much the average fan doesn't understand about our offense, even within this fanbase. Josh Heupel (and his 35ppg career avg) didn't just get dumb overnight, those dudes that were running wide open down the field every play in 2022 where still doing it in 2023 and 2024, we just either had a QB that couldn't consistently hit them/recognized it too late or largely refused to try.

It will be refreshing to see deep shots being recognized and taken again (assuming Swaguilar is at the control which looks to be the case). I'll take a few more ints and a few less screen passes for that result.

OK, ya dadgum medical experts. What about NAD+ peptides?
  • Anti-aging effects: By activating sirtuins, NAD+ may support DNA repair, protect cells from damage, and slow down aging.
  • Boosted metabolism and energy: NAD+ plays a key role in energy production, and supplementation may improve metabolic function and aid in weight management.
  • Improved cognitive function: NAD+ is involved in brain health, and studies are exploring its potential to enhance mental clarity, reduce brain fog, and protect against neurodegenerative diseases.
  • Enhanced cellular repair and recovery: NAD+ supports cellular repair mechanisms, which may contribute to faster recovery and improved cellular health.
  • Cardiovascular health: Research suggests NAD+ may protect against cardiovascular disease and lower cholesterol levels.
  • Reduced inflammation: Some studies indicate that NAD+ may have anti-inflammatory properties.
  • Other potential benefits: Research is ongoing into areas like improved sleep, enhanced athletic performance, and better recovery from exercise.
My wife has been taking this for a couple of months. She loves it! Sleep has been better, she had gut issues that got resolved in couple of days, brain dog gone.

Out of curiosity, have you found ones that are not terribly unhealthy, but still offer some advantages? I just remember the ones from 10-15 years ago that were full of unregulated drugs. Wild stuff back then 😅🤣
Yeah I don’t take the bad pre workouts, which is most of them… The one I take is made by Relyte which is Keto and Vegan friendly. No sugar or crap in it. Basic electrolytes. Doesn’t pack the punch like other pre workouts will but it gives me a small boost and tastes good so I enjoy it. My wife mixes their hydration packages in her water everyday. She’s terrible about drinking water so it’s a big help to get her to drink water and be hydrated. Give it a try!
