President Donald Trump - J.D. Vance Administration

Nah, Trump would absolutely be a Patek guy. I could see him wearing a VC on the golf course as well.

But, that Speedy would look fantastic on your wrist. 😉
I think Trumps more of a Fossil watch guy. I'd be a Patek/VC guy with "Trump $".

But you are right. That watch would look fantastic. I've hated gold forever but now I'm weirdly attracted to watches with a bit in there, not all gold though.

Things heating up in Texas...

I really think this is mostly theater, but we shall see.

I guess there are weird things in place. But why can't they just be like the vote will be on this date at this time. If they don't show that's their problem...

E

"elections have consequences "

WTF elections should be held to select a candidate who represents all the people, for the good of all citizens. To the republican mind elections are a means to punishment those who are not like them.
Gerrymandering is a means to deny citizens of representation. One big reason so many don't bother to vote, as their vote doesn't matter.
I AGREE….I am only saying BOTH SIDES DO IT! Is it right - no. The republicans won the election so they are in the drivers seat this time.

Have you looked at some of the other states we are talking about? Illinois? Maryland? Those were done to favor the Dems.

The Charlotte metro area is D (65%)and would be roughly 3 spots by itself. They cut it in such an exact way and combined it with other heavily R districts up to 200 miles away to ensure that only 1 D got elected from Charlotte. It's the same way that Nashville got split up in a way that makes no geographic sense...

The Ds do it too. See IL and MD earlier. They have no high ground to stand on here with TX....
Yep, this is pretty common. Here are the 2020 dem results of doing it:

IL +3
NM +1
OR +1
NJ +2
NV +1

Maryland is still ongoing with a potential of +2 or 3.

$500 per day for these folks is about as painful as you or me not getting our morning coffee at Starbucks. Make em suffer with REAL fine. I recommend starting at $20 k per day
I don't think state legislators are pulling down much Jack. But $500/day will add up pretty quick for at least one of them and that one will cave. I really like the bribery aspect of it though.

I think the Republicans should introduce legislation that would require an in person vote that would be so abhorrent to the left that they would give up this farce and get on a plane. Maybe like making prayer in school mandatory. There is lots of legislation they could pass while the left is out of town that doesn't require a quorum isn't there?

Lots (most?) of those schools receive at least some government money. That's why Title IX has played such a big role.
The NCAA events are also often determinate of spots on the Olympic Team where they represent the entire country. Not that that makes much of a legal difference; but it matters to a lot of Americans.

They aren’t pulling down much for their LEGISLATIVE jobs; that is true. But these folks ain’t grocery store workers or truck drivers. Most of them are highly paid attorneys or corporate officers. I don’t expect any one of them would miss 5 Benjamins more than I would fret a lost $20.

I think a reality show with real bounty hunters given federal warrants. Heck, make it pay per view. I’m in

You literally voted for candidates that used the government against a President elect, a sitting President and former President, and you continue to support all that nonsense.

You condoned those tactics and you still didn't get what you wanted.
1st you don't know who I voted for, only that it surely wasn't the convicted felon. I know of no action taken against pedonny that wasn't called for. But Don't be self righteous Mr bengazi ,when it comes to punitive investigations, lock her up.

Gerrymandering is wrong mo matter who does it.

But you never seem to care when it's your side doing it. Strange.

Yes I do.

An election can mean WHATEVER the voters want it to mean. You know “democracy” and all that.
Don’t act all holier than thou; like democrats don’t routinely vote to “punish those not like them”. As a matter of fact, the last three presidential elections have centered around nothing besides a democrat obsession to “punish Trump and his followers”.
Politics is always politics and there has NEVER been a time when voters nobly went into the booth to objectify vote for the better person. All the way back to Greek and Roman times, elections have always been about tribalism and self interest. Wake up and smell the coffee.
Your side LOST and now you have to deal with it; just like we did for the past four years.
Republican line of thinking has always been to blame America's problems on the poor, people of color, non Christians, Christians who actually practice Christianity and anyone else who gets in their greater profits way.

My side lost?? America lost.

No, those people blame America for their problems yet contribute negative value to the end product as a generalization that you established.

You're just a loser. Yes, you were voting for people that were very bad things with the hand of government and you condone it and cheer it on because the end justifies the means.

You will not have to have to face the wraith, your son will.

2nd paragraph makes no sense

Your first paragraph is why I will never agree with you or your wicked kind.

I'm causing no wrath for my decendents, raping the environment on the other hand....

Grand Jury. We're you select who serves and what evidence can be considered. A grand jury is never fair or impartial. And to me means very little, it only sounds important.
