I would have guessed then too. The 2024 and 2016 attempts were hamas..The 2015 wasn't attributed in what I read and there seemed to be some doubt as to whether it was a bombing attempt or a blown airbag.
I don't know, does or did hamas make such payments?

Stop and consider that there are dozens of armed conflicts occurring all around the world, all involving many civilian deaths. But the only one that grabs any attention whatsoever is the Gaza War. I feel sorry for the poor Ukrainians who have been basically dropped from the public consciousness. Why is that?
I posit that it is because Gaza involves Jews. Admit it.
If this was a war in which Hamas massacred civilians of a neighboring Arab (like Egypt) and that country retaliated against Gaza, you „anti Zionists“ would barely notice.
You only focus laser like on this one, because it is being fought by „Jews“.
