Genocide, ethnic cleansing and other war crimes are what they are regardless of hostages or other extraneous factors.
The same goes for the victim civilians. Regardless of their government's actions, they're victims of those who attacked, kidnapped, and starved them.

“I visited our team at the southern border crossing at Kerem Shalom today. The attitude and work ethic of these great people, all pushing hard to help get food to Gazans, is truly outstanding. Thank you all, the women and men who have worked shifts 24/7 for long, and now very hot months, for your efforts. It is working. Know that the world is watching and what you do matters.

“We are encouraged by the news that Israeli authorities are helping to facilitate more aid reaching people in need in Gaza, which we have long called for. There is now no excuse for any aid organization to sit idly by, we all need to be working together to drive more food into the region.

“GHF stands ready, willing, and able to assist all organizations in delivering necessary aid across Gaza. The need is urgent and we must address it together. This is not the time to play politics with people’s lives – either help the people of Gaza or make way for those who will.”

I guess mocking the dying and suffering from famine is fair game. Wait for the next politician to die and people will demand reverence.

An insane amount of food is brought into Gaza. Your outrage should be with those stealing the food

You pretend there’s only one side of this conflict and it’s a complete absurdity. Then you act upset at the side providing aid

Then again if I was in charge we would have already cleared half of Gaza if not more. Those on the correct side of the fence would be eating like kiings.
Let’s see how fast the people turn on Hamas if their family and friends were already in a cleared zone and living the good life

Really, do you believe that the aid has been making it to the people, or are you blocking it to keep it from feeding Hamas?
Even the UN is calling out Hamas for killing their own people trying to get aid?

Do you really think any of the Hostages are still alive?
Why won’t Hamas give proof of life? So if all the Hostages are likely dead and the ones recently recovered were starved to death, what makes you think there is any hope at all of the aid making it too the hostages?

When did I say any of the bolded? You are making excuses for yourself to be a bad person towards me, just like knowing people there is apparently enough reason for you to make excuses for Israelis blocking aid.

"Knowing someone" that engages in abusive behavior for example makes me call them out for bad behavior, not start excusing abuse

And I told you that I think it's trash to try to make excuses for blocking aid. That's not bad faith at all. If you need to be treated with kid gloves and constant agreement to not be a bad faith ******* then at least don't blame me for it

I was clear already: there's no excuse for it. The hypothetical "reasons for blocking aid" mean nothing to me, they aren't good reasons to me. It is garbage behavior and it's not uncivil to say so

"No mercy for anyone until" and "You want to eat? [Do this]" are bloodthirsty statements in almost any war/conflict context. That's not some horrible or unfair insult, not everyone is like that and it's not "cowardly" to oppose blocking aid
