President Donald Trump - J.D. Vance Administration

Do you repeat that in your head while in a pew on Sunday?

Does it really make you feel better about making immigrants miserable now, because you didn't like Obama's stance on immigration a decade ago?
Gator Gitmo is air conditioned Cletus. The only thing that is 'miserable' is the inability to go out and ransack American citizens at will.

Of course you are not and neither am I. Seriously, we been invaded for years. Most President's welcomed the immigration.

Administrations scared people into believing that you could not get a job without a college education. Once achieved, most of those generations refused to do simple work that required hands on labor. Lost arts in manufacturing, carpentry, home construction. Give a college graduate a computer these days and they think they can do it all.

That's all you got immigration issues. Vicious cycle we live in today's world. Plus in some cases the quality of work is unacceptable when left to a college grad. All groups have learned to cut corners.

Quantity over Quality seems to be the mantra. You need some immigration but I agree it was out of hand.

Immigrants drain resources in the health, education, and the security of this nation. Uncontrolled immigration is a spiral towards financial ruin.

I don't mind getting control of it and Trump had done a good job with the ground zero approach, but how long will he use the extremity of this chaos is a concern. Who is going to take the place of the crap jobs that the immigrants do? Not an American HS grad with a computer in his hand that is more than likely living at home with no desire to move on with his career.
There's some that's right and some that's wrong there.
Immigrants generally aren't a drain; they're a benefit. But the numbers and qualifications coming in have to be managed.
Americans can and will work manual semi-skilled and skilled labor. We've done it forever. Case in point was the DC metro area in the 80's and early 90's. Many if not most in construction, house painting, landscaping, etc. were rust belt and coal country refugees. They did pretty well until illegals arrived in huge numbers and undercut their wages. Then a lot of those American ex-miner drywall hangers couldn't get a decent wage in NoVa and went back home to Raynell or Richlands. There are still a lot of Americans that don't consider college and are willing to really work.

Yeah man, just think of the them as "illegals", and keep telling yourself that they don't deserve dignity because they crossed the border looking for a better life.

If you feel bad about me looking down upon your hypocrisy, then maybe you should try actually following the teachings of Jesus, rather than worshipping at the alter of MAGA.
They have the opportunity to go home and return thru proper channels. I would say that is being more than fair. If they are expelled unwillingly, they can never return. They have a choice; obey the law or suffer the consequences. In other words as all the cool kids are saying these days... FAFO.

I want legal immigrants that can demonstrate they are willing to obey our laws from day 1. You want Democrat voters.

That’s why I love sending them to Sudan. Similarly to how Texas stopped a lot of left wing virtue signaling by sending people to sanctuary cities, I think this is a great response to false asylum claims.

Come here, claim you’re not safe in your home country, okay? Guess we will help you find somewhere “safe”.
Sending illegals to a war zone half a world away is a shite move that would only be applauded by a partisan, a sociopath or both. It's got Stevie Miller written all over it. Deportation is fine if they've been found deportable through due process, but there's no call to potentially destroy their lives.

If you falsely proclaim you’re not safe in your own country, but aren’t legally in this country, shouldn’t we send you somewhere else?

If people don’t like, they shouldn’t abuse the asylum system

If we find that they are indeed safe in their own country then we can send them back there.

FWIW, as far as I'm concerned, it can be the illegal immigrant's choice. We'll send you home. If you fight that, we'll send you to one of the few countries besides your home that is willing to take you. But we, as a nation, are not going to reward your attempts to sneak in here by keeping you here. We gave you the chance to self-deport with an option for future legal immigration. By not self-deporting, you've narrowed your options. What's it going to be?

And I don't hate some deterrents. If we find you here illegally again, you're off to an African country with no contacts or support structure. Good luck swimming back to try again.
