1962. While researching I came up with two different names for the neighborhood where it was built:

Battle of Chavez Ravine - Wikipedia

Ry Cooder put out a really good album named Chavez Ravine inspired by the neighborhood and how they got screwed.

They were bitter as hell until Fernando came along.

I'm about ready to pack my bags this morning and head off to a concert somewhere.
I would hope not be the only white boy to get up and boogie with this famous group.

Rumor was Prince was pissed about being left off a greatest guitarists list.

I am biased because Prince is my 2nd favorite artist, but I think he is a top 10 or 15 greatest guitarist.

As well as he should have been. I heard that he was self taught on the guitar & other
musical instruments too. He was a genius when it came to music writing & playing it.

I usually eat late in the afternoon so I don't make a mess at supper to clean up.
Last I ate was around 1:30 am was peanut butter w/crackers & a cold glass of milk.
