I will confess to having made cornbread with olive oil, parmesan, and mozzarella a few times. But, hey, if you can have Mexican cornbread, why not? But not on down home night! And you could add cracklings (scoppiettanti) if you felt like it.

Went back to the well with collard greens again tonight.

But this time cooked with a ham hock, together with fried chicken, mac n cheese, glazed sweet potatoes, sliced tomatoes, and a skillet of cornbread! No parmesan

Well, had some of wifey’s great family together for tonight’s dinner. A joint production. Last night’s spaghetti was a nice little dinner for two. I was just proud of such different back to back collards dishes. But, yeah, I’d better get some exercise.

Haven’t kept up with recruiting much due to outside reasons, but are the secondary guys we’ve got committed late bloomers?

I’ll admit, just on paper it looks…meh, but again, haven’t kept up or watched any of their film.

Please be unbiased lol, it’s not informative when someone says “well so and so was a low 2 or 3 star”

I expect half of the 3 stars we have will get a boost in ratings whenever they do the next position rankings update
