"My bill will require the U.S. Census Bureau to conduct a new census immediately upon enactment of the bill. In conducting the new census of the U.S. population, it shall require questions determining the citizenship of each individual, and count US citizens only.

Upon completion of the census, the bill will direct states to immediately begin a redistricting of all U.S. House seats process using only the population of United States citizens.

Thank you President Trump for your strong support of my bill, Making American Elections Great Again!!!

Let’s get this done!!!"

Don't forget that due to disruptions by the pandemic the 2020 census undercounted populations in AR, FL, IL, MS, TN, and TX while overcounting DE, HI, MA, MN, NY, OH, RI and UT. The results were FL losing out on 2 additional seats, TX losing on 1, MN and RI not losing 1 seat each as they should have and CO gaining 1 it was not entitled to.

Paramount, Trump in ā€˜advanced’ talks to Settle President’s $20B ā€˜60 Minutes’ Lawsuit: Court Filing

Paramount Global and President Donald Trump are engaged in ā€œgood faith, advanced, settlement negotiationsā€ to resolve a lawsuit filed by Trump against CBS in October, alleging the network deceptively edited a ā€œ60 Minutesā€ interview with then-vice president Kamala Harris.

Lawyers on Monday in a court filing asked a judge in Texas to delay all proceedings until Thursday. Trump has sought $20 billion but a mediator proposed a $20 million settlement, the Wall Street Journal reported last week. The network owned by Paramount previously said the lawsuit is ā€œcompletely without meritā€ and asked a judge to dismiss the case.

Trump makes shock move in Lawsuit Against Iowa Pollster who wrongly predicted him losing in red state

Donald Trump will continue to sue a pollster who wrongly predicted he would lose in Iowa in November, despite reports the case has been dropped.

The president is taking his fight against the Des Moines Register's J. Ann Selzer from federal to state court.

A Monday court filing showed the original lawsuit appeared dropped, though Selzer's lawyer said that there had been no settlement.

However, a White House source familiar with the lawsuit told Daily Mail Monday that the suit was simply re-filed in Iowa state court and 'nothing was dropped'.

Kristi Noem fires back after scrutiny of $80K 'dark money' payment to her company

Donald Trump's Homeland Security chief Kristi Noem has fired back after it emerged her company received $80,000 from a fundraising group while she was governor of South Dakota.

Noem's company was paid $80,000 by a nonprofit she had helped raise $800,000 for, according to tax records reviewed by ProPublica.

Critics called the arrangement 'disturbing' and pointed to a South Dakota law that the governor should 'devote (their) full time to office' and 'compensation (be) limited to salaries.'
