'26 TN TE Carson Sneed (UNC commit)

Why as a parent or inside supporter would you not investigate EVERY fanbase in tour short list. Especially free sites. With homegrowns it COULD be a bigger factor, you might have to work or encounter caustic snarky negas. Hopefully the net fan experience is a plus, but all is in play, and living in denial or desiring to limit one’s liabilities is a worthless disregard to realities…..we are a factor.
Because they care about their career, money, teammates, coaches, etc. There are idiot fans of every team, on every board. Who cares

Just like you get brownie points with positive fan actions, you can get a team dinged by your idiots actions. What and the volume they encounter is typically a factor, a variable in impact potential for each player. They get to decide on how big a factor. Class and character factors are variables for sure.

All jokes aside, I think Tennessee did really good on visit. Think Sneed committed early as the thing to do as an in-state guy and missed out on the recruiting process and vetting his options. Josh Heupel and Abes was able to sit down with him on the official visit this weekend and answer a lot of his questions him and his family had. He should go into the season with it shut down regardless and I like Tennessee in this one

Staff must really like this dude

Wow, that's the blurb from his exit interview?! LOL. Those saying he's looking for any reason to not be here, are spot on.

At what point is it worth it anymore?

Not so sure they are SPOT ON, higher probability they are OFF their anxiety meds. Indicated by the requirement to make pronouncements before these guys show up anywhere. Way to many variables now days.

Do you hear of a lot of our other commits taking official visits and saying how great the visit was and then say they have some things to think about after? Yes or no?
Who gives a ****? He's a really good recruit, so it would be good to sign him. I'm not a teenage drama queen who gets all worked up because a recruit talks to another girl. The goal is to sign good players. You don't do that by getting your panties in a wad and dropping that recruit because they're visiting other schools. LSU gonna drop Keys because he visited UT and had great things to say? Bama gonna drop Zyan Gibson for the same reason?

Fortunately, our coaches are more mature than many of our fans. It's sad that this conversation is even being had.
