RIP Fred Smith. Founder of Fed Ex. Friend(acquaintance) of mine’s mom worked for him in Memphis as his personal assistant before he started Federal Express. He asked her to come with him as he was starting a new shipping company. She declined. She would have been one of the founding employees of Fed Ex and worth no telling how many Millions of Dollars with the stock. He said every time he sees a Fed Ex Plane, Store, Package, etc he just shakes his head.

OK...wildlife experts: My dog got stomped by a doe. We got her safely in her crate, but then the doe proceeds to stand, snort, and stare me down. Stalked me actually. No more than 30 feet away, standing in the open. No fear. Been out there for probably 30 minutes. Circling the house. Creepy. Really creepy.

Call TWRA?
Call a priest?

Because I like it that way. My family is with me but we just had gotten there. Those dark spots are coral heads.

Best vacation I’ve ever had was to Andros island in the Bahamas. Biggest island in the Bahamas but not overrun with tourists. Could walk on the beach all day and not see anyone. I loved it.

That wasn't Coastal Carolina best pitcher. The kid was a Sunday starter throughout the season. Jacob Morrison is the Ace, he pitches today.

Andros is on my list. As is Long Island, Cat Island. The northern Bahamas are pretty touristy but may check those out.

We're on the Atlantic side of Eleuthera. We're east of Govenor's Harbour. Haven't seen a soul on the beach.

I really, really want to purchase a 50' ish motor yacht and spend a few winters exploring all the islands. The extreme southern islands, ragged etc, intrigue me.
