Nearly every fan, including myself, is overly hyperbolic about their team’s struggles whenever they are losing. Everyone in MLB knew the Dodgers would be there at the end. No luck about it. They are just that good.

Ohtani was all class in that situation. A real fight could have escalated and he waved everyone off. Kershaw was ready to throw hands.

Once the velo gets at or above 90 mph, it’s not easy.
All the forum clowns that want to ridicule have never step in the box with that velo.

Once while the kids were practicing indoors, the Dads got in the batting cage with a 90 mph machine. It’s not easy. I think I fouled one out of many failed attempts.

A Dad was there with his Georgia Tech softball player Daughter. She was batting on a 70 mph softball machine. One of the Dads said something and he was invited to give it a try. He was quickly humbled.

If I were assured that it would not hit me or even come close, I’d love to stand in the box and see what a 100+ mph heater looks like coming at you!

Even at 90, you don’t really see it. When you saw the arm start to move, you had to start your swing. Go to a batting cage and try it.

Really laughed when Ohtani walked over to Padres dugout after getting hit and started chit chatting with the Padres players. Hopefully he informed then he stopped them from getting an @$$ whipping.😆😆
