Probably tankers. Tried looking around on marine traffic map and there are quite a few vessels in the area listing NUC signals. (Not Under Command) But I know that sometimes vessels misuse NUC signals. All of them seem to be tankers crude oil/asphalt/bitumen.

Could be. Front Eagle is listed as NUC, but Adalynn hasn't updated their position in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Their status is stopped and they are south of Front Eagle.
