Sure sure. But we all know that the government would have actually spent the $45 million staging gay puppet shows in Botswana to teach the kiddos about climate change, right?
Besides, as we learned from democrats, all we have to do is print an additional $45 million and the parade is actually FREE

I would bet that it was a concession to the union to have them drop their opposition to the purchase. They were the biggest holdup to begin with.
