The SB forum had the rumor about Pannell to TT before they finished their season, and there is speculation TT reached out indirectly to her maybe a couple of months ago.

Maybe that’s why she had a stretch of sucking in the postseason…had her mind in the wrong place, not her team trying to win the NC.

That seems to be what Karen is putting out there. Pannell is the biggest name to have left. Extremely disappointing she'd leave like that. We may have not even gotten to counter offer.

@knoxvol52 Paul Skenes' ERA is 0.87 over his last six starts. Dude is gonna win the Cy Young with a losing record. Another 5 innings, no decision, 0 runs against Cubs today.

Amazing how Skenes gets no run support in his starts. He is leader right now for Cy Young in N.L.

For those that care, the little kitten we found in the road is now named Roman. He's tripled his weight in three weeks. His eyes have completely opened, he has just a little scarring in his retina. The vet thinks he will be 90 to 100% vision in the next week.

She was actually amazed at his progress. He's still finishing antibiotics and his eye meds but has given us the greenlight to introduce him to the other animals by midweek.

The only animal he's had contact with was our most recent rescue Canolli. He was a feral cat that chose us, he was already on antibiotic anyway. For a feral guy recently fixed he's been surprisingly gentle with little Roman.

Roman has nothing but energy these days. It's nice to see him happy and active. But he's exhausting.
