Iran will respond, it has too. The middle east outside of Qatar are about business and what's good moving forward. They will offer some protection against drones and ballistic missiles IMO. If for no other reason than to keep this from spiraling into broader conflict.

Israel's neighbors would prefer there be regime change in Iran, a pivot to a more moderate leader or system that is open to deals and business with the world.

Russia and China will lay off as long as Iran's oil capacity isn't affected.

They will respond but the question is how big of a response. The last couple ones were just to save face and claim victory when they didn’t do any real damage.

Agreed, I don't think they have the capacity to do a lot of damage, their weapons seem either really inaccurate or just plain "blind missiles".
