President Donald Trump - J.D. Vance Administration

Trump signs new executive orders intended to make flying cars a reality, slash flight times.

I like this. MAGAnutz should be the pioneers, the brave, the leaders in this travel genre. Perfect it for us. This craft, well, it looks like a flying coffin.

Hidden in the BBB is a giveaway to a Chilean mining company. To mine nickel and copper on public lands located on the headwaters of The Boundary waters canoe area. Mining pollution will destroy the only park of its kind in America.
I wonder what Donnie gets paid for this.

Hard to belive people voted for this. But to many did and look what you got. Disgusting
Same could be said for voting in 16 of the last 20 years and look where that has gotten us. Worse tHan disgusting.

At least this President is putting Americans first And trying to bring some semblance of safety back before it’s too late.

People always tell you to get a second opinion with doctors.

How about the CBO and two independent outside forecasters read the same bill? Compare the analysis and debate the differences on live TV before it can be passed.

No, not in of itself.

Strongly disgaree. National debt has increased 31T in the last 24 yrs. Defense has been 15-20% of budget most of that time. They can't pass an audit, they have no idea where 40% of their 3.8T of assets are.

The inflation adjusted "baseline" for peacetime DoD spending is ~520B. We've 60% over that and if OBBB pases, we will be more than double the baseline. Since 2017, we're a cumulative $2.7T over this baseline.

Increase in debt since FY17 * 15% = 2.7T. Shocking huh?

Dems tweaked wording to allow companies to sell green credits they couldn't use and CBO failed to rescore....

Very similar thing happened under CARES Act with Employee Retention Credit when Adelson put in language and it never got rescored...

So is the FGA correct?? And this bill will lower 1.4 trillion to the deficit??

Personally, I'd say no. CBO did underscore economic growth under TCJA.

The problem is these tax cuts are just keeping the baseline in case. I dont really see the economy growing at a rate to keep up with the 20% annual increase in defense spending.

I could buy the argument that its not quite as bad as CBO says it will be.
