A player on the field can do that. Clark was in front of him on base. So he can do that, within the rules.
But it’s not reviewable.

They shouldn’t even rotate positions. It’s never made any sense to me. Not everyone is good at calling balls/strikes so just keep the best ones back there. That’s why there are so many issues with inconsistency. You could literally get the same strike zone over a 3 game series. Imagine that.
