President Donald Trump - J.D. Vance Administration

Trump didn't remove him when his work permit expired back in March. We can play the "who's to blame" game all day long but in the end all this does is reinforce in the MAGA crowd that they and Trump were right, even if it doesn't mean that anyone else is morally responsible for it, be it Biden or Trump.
One has claimed we have a problem for years. The other denied it was an issue until it was politcaly impossible to do any longer. You suck at this independent thing

Newt Gingrich: Trump the ‘Fifth Great Change Agent’ in the White House After Jefferson, Jackson, Lincoln, FDR

During the Sunday broadcast of Fox News Channel’s “Life, Liberty & Levin,” former House Speaker Newt Gingrich declared President Donald Trump “the fifth great change agent” to occupy the White House.

He included Trump among former Presidents Thomas Jefferson, Andrew Jackson, Abraham Lincoln and Franklin Delano Roosevelt.

“Really, an extraordinary individual, an extraordinary president, and he’s just started his second term,” host Mark Levin said. “He has changed really the way we think about economics, the way we think about law, the way we think about foreign policy, in really an extraordinary way, in an extraordinarily short period of time. No?”

The cut is in the neighborhood of 380 billion, there will be no change to the %of waste or abuse just the amount. I would think abuse will escalate due to fewer personnel keeping track
How do you know there will not be enough waste and abuse to offset the cut amount? You “would think abuse will escalate”? What makes you believe that will happen.

And down the rabbit hole we go……

Can you all be happy with an administration that is identifying abuse and taking steps to correct it? Why make stuff up that you have no proof will happen?

We all knew this day had to come. We could not / can not continue down this path of thievery. I congratulate the fact it is being identified and happy we are doing something about it (No matter who is identifying it).

When I pull the curtain behind me, nobody knows how I vote. But starving children and denying health care to seniors and indigent in order to give huge tax cuts to the wealthiest is not what I vote for
Another liberal fear tactic recycled. 16 of the last 20 years we had starving children and seniors denied. Save your new found rage.

Some are. It’s a bit complicated but most senior care is paid for by Medicare. Medicaid mainly pays for poor people under 65
That's what I thought. Do you know the number of seniors who fall into the "poor" classification by yearly income? I haven't looked that up but it would have into 8 figures. Maybe there's an alternative reinsurance for some in the really low income group. You know, 1500/month or less. Something thereabouts anyway

Rate increase? Or possibly a retraction of eligibility requirements? I haven't read the bill in detail, but I do know it cuts funding. The details of how and why are unknown
What I've seen is things like focusing on preventive care instead of just reactive sick-care (like my private health insurance providers have been doing for years), cutting waste/fraud/abuse, denying some treatments like purely weight-loss drugs (not currently covered, but changing course from Biden-era plans to start), etc...

I love your intellectual counterpoints. Always detailing some sort of your tribal ideological reasoning to the issue. Your lack of detail and nuance as to why you disagree is refreshing🤭

Those types of policies have existed for a couple of decades now

So your leftist talking points just had the headlines with no details?
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

If you think I am a "leftist", your dumbass doesn't know the definition of the term. I get that sort of discourse works for you here in your safe space of a dumbed downed Trump forum. At least that is what it is for you
