My view on Phillips is that he is very inconsistent, if he has a bad inning which he did, I would have pulled him. Cannot have a 2 inning meltdown from him. Tonight he recovered very well and settled in including his first pick off of the season. Good kid who works hard, but his track record makes me nervous
