Antigua all day. He makes more insane defensive plays and doesn’t make as many errors as Dean. His bat isn’t as good but it’s not like Dean is killing it there either lately.
I get the managing culture and all that argument. But this ain’t just a tough “stretch” anymore. I take that as a handful of games. This is a tough couple months nearly for Dean. I think it’d be damaging to the culture to keep playing him at this point.
I'll give this example about players.
Remember when people were on Chris Lofton case? He's not the player he was last year, yada, yada, yada. Turned out the man was battling cancer.
You never know what's going on in the locker room. Tony is loyal no doubt, but it's possible something is going on we don't know about
