Antigua all day. He makes more insane defensive plays and doesn’t make as many errors as Dean. His bat isn’t as good but it’s not like Dean is killing it there either lately.

I get the managing culture and all that argument. But this ain’t just a tough “stretch” anymore. I take that as a handful of games. This is a tough couple months nearly for Dean. I think it’d be damaging to the culture to keep playing him at this point.

Antigua’s defense coupled with the re-emergence of Clark’s bat may be the best lineup for this team moving forward. I type this as Curley smokes a hit.

I think it’s reasonable for fans to not have to assume something as drastic as what was going on with Loftin is going on. Obviously if something like that came out, it would make a completely different situation.
