President Joe Biden - Kamala Harris Administration

I don't know. I haven't weighed in on that, one way or the other. I believe that you are doing a lot of speculating concerning a subject in which you are clearly not an expert.

It's the same point. Is lying for political reasons disgusting, yes or no?

They lied about Butler, they lied about memory.

They are lying now

If he is subpoenaed by Congress to publicly disclose Joe Biden's medical information, he can assert doctor/patient privilege under the HIPAA privacy rule.
there are exceptions to subpoenas,

HIPAA & Medical Records

HIPAA (the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) is a set of regulations for privacy protections for disclosing protected health information (PHI), and it sets the baseline for how to respond to a subpoena. It permits disclosure under certain conditions, such as when required by law (including subpoenas), but sets strict limits.

Physician-patient privilege is defined and limited by statute across various jurisdictions, and medical records are subject to mandatory reporting and subpoena in cases of suspicious injuries or mental/physical claims. In many cases, those obligations are overridden only by a valid court order or narrowly tailored subpoena, and even then, only the minimum necessary information should be disclosed.

He’s mocking her for having people call her doctor when her actual degree is a joke.
Tons of professors at academic institutions across the country do the same thing. Donald Trump Jr. is only making an issue of it with her, because she is Joe Biden's wife.

The list of conditions to meet in order to override HIPAA is extensive. There is no way they could be met in circumstances such as Joe Biden's. You are reaching.

Lmao don’t embarrass yourself. When Trump does dumb things (tariffs for example) I don’t embarrass myself in an effort to show my loyalty to my team.

This is sad

Like I said, i haven't weighed in, one way or the other. I'm calling out people for speculating and for playing politics with a cancer diagnosis. That is sad, indeed.

Sure. But the overall point is prostate cancer is a very slow progressing cancer. So if he has bone metastasis, it means we’ve been lied to about his health, again
Spilt milk now. We WERE lied to about it. I feel bad for him now, but I never thought Biden had any business being POTUS before he was elected and that was before his health issues became apparent

He was complicit with the lie. As was his wife. She may be the most sinister character in all of this
