I do not believe he was charged with child sex trafficking. Believe it is Racketeering, Sex Trafficking, and Transportation to Engage in Prostitution.

So paying male escorts to come participate with his then girlfriend is related to the last charge.

Apparently the prosecutor is preceding a case that will avoid implicating the powerful friends that partied with him. Chances are we will not get any concrete evidence or video that will implicate any wealthier famous person, Besides witness hearsay

The jury has been shown a series of messages that Cassie Ventura allegedly sent to Sean "Diddy" Combs saying she was excited to partake in "freak-offs."

"I'm always ready to 'freak-off' lol," Ventura wrote in a BlackBerry message to Combs on Aug. 5, 2009 -- roughly two years into their relationship, when she was in her early 20s and he was in his late 40s.

The duo decided they would hold one of the marathon sex sessions on Friday night that week.

Jurors also heard more explicit messages in which Ventura seemed to express excitement about taking part in the twisted "freak-offs."

The defense has said it will show that Combs' alleged victims were actually willing participants in his kinky sex events.

Well, I may have said this before, but I don't see how anybody thinks this is big news or interesting in any way. I'm not sure what it's doing in the PF.

That’s the part I am missing.

Dude was a straight up pervert and ******* and deserved jail for beating Cassie but the freak offs just seem like a bunch of really rich perverts doing perverted crap and women choosing to be there because they want to live the lifestyle and be around famous rich people. I haven’t followed this closely but nothing that comes out seems like anything more than I got railed hard and regret it now stories.

If he touched a child or forced a women physically to do something guy deserves life but if it’s just I knew I had to do it or he would break up with me then I’m sorry you just chose poorly.

Just read the report cause I was curious now. If he did beat her that night because she was trying to run from a freak off with a male escort and it wasn’t just a “normal” domestic dispute then he trafficked her and needs life. That’s rape as she was clearly choosing to leave.

I haven’t been paying much attention to this but from what I have seen and heard I don’t know what crime he committed. Yeah he’s a perverted scum bag but is that alone a federal crime?

I thought the same thing until I read Cassie’s statement. The video you see of her fleeing the hotel is because he hired a male escort to have sex with her and she didn’t want to and fled. He then grabbed her, beat her, and brought her back which is both kidnapping and rape at that point plus assault.

That alone if grit puts him in jail decades.

Yeah she was super smart to get her $20million before the DOJ dropped the hammer on him. Nobody that has seen the video of him beating and kidnapping her should have any sympathy for Combs.

That said, pretty disgusting that after the fact she cheated on her current husband with Combs. Also disgusting any of the apparently many times she willingly participated in sex with men she didnt even know for his entertainment . Thats not illegal...its just gross.

Does it take a unanimous jury to convict? There's no way he gets away innocent, but if it only takes one stubborn juror, I think he'll walk...or maybe crawl
