When you see people’s hardships ranging from true disability, going medically bankrupt (btw, the number of people that fall under this category is disgusting, shame on America), no family/caregiving/resources, it’s overwhelming at times. I worked hand-in hand with organizations like area agency on aging, meals on wheels, local churches, social workers, etc to help people get what they needed. Maybe it’s just a difference in perspectives between us.

I say cut rates till a distinguished rise in inflation to lower the expense of servicing the national debt. Redirect that savings towards a balanced budget.

This is a pretty chicken-shizz ruling by the court. No opinion on whether using the administration was using the AEA correctly or whether it applies to the plaintiffs just that they were entitled to more time. BUT didn't rule on how much time they are entitled to and basically kicked it all back down to the district court to rule on all the things SCOTUS should have decided.
