Can someone answer me why Abernathy doesn’t see the field much anymore? He was getting some significant playing time earlier in the year, and now nothing. I loved his approach at the plate. Very similar to Ensley except from the other side. He eventually needs to be our leadoff guy.

He's gonna be the starting center fielder next year. Speed kills and he has speed to spare

Bargo got hot. IMO they forgot Jay's value to overall team play; like with OBP, run scoring, defense, and using Bargo at 3B more instead of lesser hitting guys and in LF where he is just average. They won more when Jay was in the line-up. Probably just a coincidence, right?
