I was "dragged" to a show last night here in Cincinnati and I mean to tell you, it was great!

90 year old Herb Alpert and his Tijuana Brass. He looks and sounds fantastic for 90. This is probably his most famous song:

He even had his 79 yr old wife of 50 some years sing a little with them. I hope I'm doing that well at 90.

Pete Rose was never convicted of that and stated he was with that person whenever they were within Ohio’s age of consent at that time so I think you should just move on from that argument. He was convicted of tax fraud and bet on baseball. If you want to talk about those issues that he was actually found guilty of then by all means complain about that as much as your heart desires. But I think it’s hilarious you continue to bring up that thing with Rose but Alomar is found to sexually harass someone by MLB’s investigation, loses his job with the Blue Jays, and put on the ineligible list and yet you want to talk about morals. This is the baseball HOF, not whether someone should be allowed to walk through the pearly gates.

You are incredibly naive if you think a DA in Cincy wasn’t pressured not to bring charges against Rose. The case was politically black balled but you believe what you want. The girl was 14. Rose said she was 16. I believe the lady who signed a sworn statement. if you don’t think morals aren’t part of the HOF, then why was he banned for breaking the Golden Rule? The idiot bet on baseball and was morally bankrupt. Betting on baseball is enough to keep him out IMHO. I don’t give a damn about Alomar…

I played the first video and I actually know that song. My dad has a CD he used to play when working on the weekend. He played it to drown out me and my friends when I had friends over.

Don't know who H. Albert is though.
