Democrats have a mindset they think they can just do whatever the Hell they want without consequences. They break in & start pushing & hitting on law enforcement
like they have special rights above anyone else in this country. A despicable display of lawmakers on Friday acting like a hostile angry mob trying to storm & take over a Federal ICE facility. Then have the audacity to go on CNN MSNBC & complain they were mistreated & bullied at the gate. They don't listen to any law enforcement officers & don't comply w/them bc they think they have special privileges & immunity from the law & think they are well over & above it.
Art of the Deal, baby!
So glad we got a dealmaker in the WH instead of a snake oil salesman/carnival barker. Amirite?
Loaning money to unqualified buyers is doing injustice to all parties involved. I'm a Democrat yes, I also am firm in my belief that home ownership is a goal to work for, not an unalienable right.Another liberal decision like what Barney did ... tick, tick, tick.
From the article:
Thanks to “behind the scenes” maneuvering, the current mortgage situation has been kept hidden from the public. Many people have been scratching their heads wondering how housing prices have continued to increase as interest rates rise. A recent article in The Wall Street Journal entitled “Biden’s Mortgage ‘Relief’ Fuels Higher Housing Prices” sheds some light on the subject. In a nutshell, the FHA, Federal Housing Administration, has propped up borrowers preventing foreclosures and resales.
FHA is part of the U.S. Housing and Urban Development and allows lower down payment loans, often to overleveraged borrowers, backed by the Federal Government. Borrowers with credit scores as low as 580 are able to purchase a home with a downpayment as low as 3.5%. I will review some of the potential consequences of an overleveraged borrower putting only 3.5% down in the most overvalued housing market in history. But first, how has this been going on for so long without negative outcomes? The FHA has been “secretly” bailing out borrowers as payments are missed.

This is really off topic. But if you would like a donation of some coyote traps and free instruction from a Tennessee hall of fame trapper let me know.Coyotes are a scourge and need to be wiped out. We kill all we can on the farm. Donkeys are good at protecting the livestock (when we have cattle on the farm), but not pets.

Respectfully disagree….In my opinion, J6 was triggered by (FBI?) insiders that insighted the crowd to follow the insiders into the Capitol. I think this will ultimately be proven. Should those who committed crimes be forgiven for their actions? No. But, if proven, the FBI should also be held accountable for their actions.Right way and wrong way of doing things. This is really no different than Jan 6th. I agree there should be some punishment issued
