I guess flat bills can be ok if you grew up with them and are comfortable with it. I'm not a fan, but it gets really ridiculous when they throw on an oversize jersey and some jncos with some gold chains and a pop-on grill. .

I am clueless….how does that process work?

They have 2 mash bills and 5 yeast strains. So we go in there and choose between 10 barrels. Narrow it down to 3 of the 10, the reorganize it to be a blind tasting. Then we vote on what we like best. 6 man crew. I get final say if it ends 3-3
