The Atlanta Braves

Max has been awesome, I don’t blame them for letting him walk. He’s a 31 year old pitcher that got $200M. We aren’t going to run $300M payrolls so I get it.

What I absolutely can’t excuse is losing 339 innings of pitching and doing zilch to try and get a guy to help.
Not only that but also not expecting Sale to regress a little from last year and the fact Strider was coming back from a elbow issue so there’s no guarantee he would be back to his former self this year. Shoulda signed at least 2 starters

Bryce Elder pitching like not the worst pitcher in the MLB has been a pleasant surprise the last 2 weeks.

I know the dude updating the statuses of Ha Kim and Willy Adames is not the same guy who wanted Brendan Rodgers and Jose Iglesias

I wanted those guys as cheap options who should be better than Arcia. Or at the very least, be solid bench players. We are not the same.

How is Paul DeJong doing again? .523 OPS despite a .367 BABIP? Great call there chief.

Early chief even for this thread.

Will not tolerate DeJong strays. Mitch Keller tried it already for chrissakes.

Unfortunately for you (still), only one of those guys can actually play shortstop.

Some of the Elder improvement is legit. He's getting at least an inch more movement in on every pitch. Keep the walk rate down and he might be able to stick as a #5.
