Look the main issue here isn't the N word. Racists say that everyday to black people. The shocking thing is that this was directed at a child. Maybe I'm the naive one here but I thought children were off limits even for racists. The fact anyone supported her racially abusing a child is mind-boggling. You can push back against PC culture without bringing children into it.

I'll reiterate once again. I can't think of anything a child could do that would make me do anything awful to them. I guess racists don't consider black kids to be children for such behavior to be excused.

The two situations are wildly different.

The black kid claims it was self-defense and the people supporting him are supporting him because they believe it was in self-defense. You can disagree with their opinion on it being self-defense but you can't say they are supporting murder. Karmelo Anthony isn't saying he intentionally killed the kid.

This white lady isn't denying she called the 5 year old child the N word and the people donating to her are donating because she called a 5 year old child the N word and is unapologetic about it.

One situation is about potential innocence. The other is about unapologetic racism.

What about the fact it was a kid do you folk not understand? If she just called the black guy who recorded the video the N word nobody would care. It's the fact this involved a child that is so disturbing. Once again maybe I'm the naive one here but I thought most people were decent enough not to involve children in their political agendas.

White people can feel aggrieved at the current state race relations. But to make the racial abuse of a 5 year old child the hill you wanna die on is insane to me. I thought even racists would think this was a step too far. But I guess I gave humanity more credit than it deserves. We truly are an evil species if we think children are fair game for political agendas.

Last I checked everyone has the right to a fair trial in this country. Just because you think he's guilty doesn't mean we put him in jail immediately and throw away the key. The judicial system will determine whether he's innocent or guilty. Not your opinion.

This is where I tend to agree. I can understand the frustration with WOKE/DEI nonsense (sadly, I think DEI could have been a positive if done right and not got into hateful, false narratives. Celebrating other cultures isn't a bad thing).

I can understand someone getting emotional and saying something they regret but you just don't say that to another person's child, especially one that age. She shouldn't be celebrated for that action.

That's not just a word to black people. There's a reason decent white people don't say it. The history behind that word is worse than any other word in the English language. It's not like she called him a brat. When you use that word as a white person against someone black your intention is to hurt them in the worst way possible by reminding them of their place as being inferior to white folk. To direct that sort of hate at a 5 year old child is incomprehensible to me.

You say it's wrong but yet I see making excuses for it.

They hate it so much they are only allowed to use it exclusively. It’s hard to take the faux outrage seriously at this point. I haven’t made excuses for the girl. She was wrong. I can also understand people say the worst things in bad situations. Maybe if she had just stabbed someone in the heart it would’ve been ok.

To be frank, a lot of people don't even like it when black people say it to each other. If this lady had said it to an adult, it wouldn't be as big of a deal. It is a 5-year old...

And it’s wrong. What should be done? Call her a racist? Call her someone that went too far in the heat of the moment? Put her in prison? Dox her? It seems like the outrage is more about her getting funds to mover instead of what was said.

There are countless headlines of children/babies killed for crying, we have drag queens reading to preschoolers to promote political agendas, yes we are an evil species (thanks to Adam and why Jesus had to die for my sins) and it seems no one is above using anything to promote their agenda or destroy someone else's.

Curious, do you believe the five year old knows that word at an early age? Awful word to say as even the Somalian camera man was hesitant with saying it and not saying it as he filmed.
