Sure, I'd love to check it out. I've only bought Japanese A5 once to cook myself, and it was truly decadent. $100/# though.Local butcher and meat company up here in Kingsport. It’s American Wagyu, but the best I’ve had in that class. The Japanese Wagyu is immaculate, but waaaaayyyy too pricey for my tastes. Price on the American is obviously high, but fair in my estimation.
