Why would you not take him out after last inning?

He was cooking but started to fade. Bullpen has been spotty. I dont think you make a move until he gives you a reason. Tony does that often, especially with the lead, which is more times than not. Does that bite you sometimes? Sure but its not a bad move in the grand scheme.
