I'd be happy with the Titans getting Higgins, Harris, or Burden tomorrow. With Lockett on the roster though I'm not sure if they'd go for a smaller guy like Burden.

Plus, they could always pick up Ward's favorite target Restrepo of day 3 if they go with Higgens or Harris in the 2nd.

Burden isn't as small as you think he's about 205-210.

I think they need two wr's....or rather could use two. If they can trade Levis and package a 4th to get to the third I could see them taking the best available wr or DE in the second and use the other pick 3rd round to address the other major need.
