We had an early advantage in all NIL areas and Heup's offense was the shiny new thing. We clunked on offense this year at times and people passed us in cash.

I think you can take 3-4 ibprofen if its that bad. for me it hasnt been the pain of nerve its the muscle spasm, and pain/ball of muscle in lower back, and pain in toe. Ugh.

If it gets that bad you may try muscle relaxers.
