Agreed, minus nico having more time in the system, aguilar is kinda better short term, because of his experience and leadership qualities, the long term upside for nico was never gonna be a big pay off for usOh damn...didn't realize he did 2 years at the JuCo level, I actually like him more knowing he's actually a 5th year guy and he's started 4 years already. Good experience and fully developed physically at this point.
Also this makes far more sense as why Heupel snagged him up so fast. Joey is a 1 year dude, ball out go to the draft and don't worry the young QBs on team & in next year's class (well except Jake wanting more $$$....but I get it likely now competing to be starting QB should for sure be making more than 40k)
$$. Can't pay everyone. How tf do we lose Thomas? What the actual hell are we doing?
Exactly and he's from here.$$. Can't pay everyone.
I wish these kids realize the damage they are doing to their futures 10-15-20 years down the road when they don't have a place they can go back to and call "home".
You play here, and play well, and you are always loved when you come back to Knoxville
