The Atlanta Braves

Everything said Franceour said today was a ****ing lie. What a loser. Ronnie is in the wrong but saying “let’s be honest” 7 times doesn’t make any of that **** true

We wouldn’t even have been close to contention if Ronnie wasn’t off to a MVP start. But I bet that moron forgot that part

No problem being in the minority here - have no issue with anything frenchy said in the 4 min edited clip. Haven’t listened to the full clip so no opinion otherwise

he’s also not a high profile enough that Merk and GMac aren’t still gunning for that spot. It’s going to be a battle in the fall.
I feel pretty good in saying it certainly won’t be Mac but a battle between the other two is good for business.

But to be in his position and essentially say we don’t need him is a bad bad look. Especially when it just not true at all

Again, Ronnie should have handled it differently but this wouldn’t have been an issue if snit wasn’t sleep at the wheel. The bigger issue imo

I know you don’t like Mac and it’s probably valid because I have heard similar things from people around BA, but hearing that he has the playbook down already makes me feel better about him.

He’s got similar physical traits to Nico — just hope he has a different mentality.

All Snit had to say when confronted with the question is, "We all saw what happened and we will handle it."

I don’t think he was saying we don’t want Ronald .. it came immediately on the heels of “no one is bigger than the A” as in the Atlanta Braves don’t need Ronald to continue being a professional baseball organization. The sound bite works for clicks but that’s not what he was saying.

Ronald has a long history of being a hot dog. He cost us runs in actual playoff games. To Frenchys point (the one that should get talked about and isn’t), Ronald has been in clubhouses of major team-first guys for years and literally no one has come to his defense for anything, ever.

To the naked eye, he has clearly and intentionally alienated himself for whatever reason. He didn’t get benched the first, second, third, fourth, etc. time he didn’t run. And to be clear, 6 years later, the guys still doesn’t run. He’s in business for numero uno and that’s never changing. The outcome of the Atlanta Braves baseball games is second (at best) on his care chart. That doesn’t and rightly shouldn’t sit well with the other 100 people associated with the Atlanta Braves winning baseball games.

I cannot completely disagree with this and understand your point. It's just infuriating that Snitker's dumbass literally could not nip this in the bud Sunday morning and instead did the old grandpa routine with the good ol' boys because it usually works and he's flustered it didn't.

Yeah, there’s at least a dozen things he could have easily done to make this a non story.

I did laugh when Frenchy is like "Snit's not racist I saw him cry at Hank Aaron's funeral" and immediately was thinking "Frenchy does know that being Black and being Latino is different right?"

Did Frenchy forget when he pouted about getting demoted to the minors? I feel like he forgot that.
That dude would do dumb **** just to intentionally show off his arm, the only good thing he had to offer. Hes Kelenic so they relate

Again, it seems like a cultural thing and not simply a "Ronnie is a diva" thing. Ronnie has played the same way at every level, even before he was getting paid. Why not embrace it instead of trying to shape him into a organizational robot?

And speaking of getting paid, this "team first line" is fed by a bunch of people within the organization, yet I never see single one of them mention the fact that Ronnie signed extremely team friendly deal that helped the organization bring in a lot of talent. One would think they would support and have the back of a player that is willing to do that.

Snit and the good old boys club have never accepted Ronnie for who he is. That relationship started off sour, with how they tried to tone down how he played when he was a rookie. What this incident revealed is how little progress Snitker has made with building a relationship with Acuna over the last six years. Considering he is our superstar and the face of the franchise, that is a pretty big deal.

With, Bobby Cox, he was able to connect with all of his star players of all backgrounds). And it built him a lot of loyalty within the clubhouse. We simply don't see that with Snit. Considering the clubhouse management is literally the only part of managing that he was supposed to be good at, this is failure of epic proportions.

Flipping your bat and running the bases are fundamentally different actions.

Ronald didn’t sign a team friendly contract to help the team. It’s not a feather in his cap. He’s also been paid a lot of money to not pay in case you were wondering.

Bobby cox wasn’t able to connect anything. He had issues with Andruw Jones every 7 seconds.

Its not for a lot of people. Especially my generation.
