4 trucks plus a bridge. It was a felony that through a plea agreement was lowered to a misdemeanor.

Sorry 3 years ago laws weren’t being enforced. But that changes nothing here. This is a criminal who is eligible for deportation.

A judge approved his deportation. There’s no right to a student visa and he has had due process.

What was the conviction for? A misdemeanor. Restitution was $100 which is very minor.
If that's enough to deny him a green card that's fine with me, but let the legal process play out.

What legal process didnt he get...he was convicted of a crime..and his visa revoked...what more process does there need to be??? Is there a court that determines how severe a Crime is for deportation...
