We offered $1,000,000 more than hes making at TCU. I think QBs just dont want to leave and did what Nico did. I think we need to prepare for Merk and 6-6, 7-5 this year

Don't believe that's why he didn't leave. Supposedly he and the others we've looked at are worried about the lack of weapons that would be around them. Which is definitely a legitimate concern. Exactly why we need to add atleast 1 playmaking WR this spring. It should been done during the Winter portal..If Nico had pulled this during the Winter portal, we would have had more options and not been in scramble mode. Plus, we couyhave added some playmakers that we currently don't have. Unless one of our young WR's breakout

Don't believe that AT ALL. It's leaving your team that you work with and bond with daily that are counting on you. You would be leaving them totally screwed. I couldn't imagine doing that

Might as well not even play this year if we are going 6-6. Means Heup is done and we will be back to grumors instead of whatever this fiasco is

How many in the Winter portal? The same principal applies. A lot more than 1! I can name atleast 10 without having to look. Beck, Matteer, Murphy, Arnold,Mendoza,Moss, Wegman, Mensah, Salter, Van Buren. I'd have to look up the rest. Most of those are multiple year starters. That doesn't even include Nico.

Exactly why I was hoping we could get a QB on good faith and being able to back channel one willing to leave. Hell, I'd take the Syracuse WR right now, he's a really good WR and would upgrade our WR room.

Syracuse WR is best option. This could be worked out on a 3 way call. Land both at same time. This is SEC football. Get the players you need to win games. Ticket prices will be like old days this year and that is lots of lost money for Danny White.
