The Deportation of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia

Rule of Law dictates a legal trial.

And oh btw, one is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

If these truisms annoy you, move to Russia.

A trial to determine gang membership? I feel like you’re just repeating random lines you’ve heard from others at this point. That’s not a “truism”.

Are you incapable of looking at the presented evidence and answering the question “do you believe this man is a gang member?”, without a judge telling you so?

Ask yourself about reading comprehension too when you're at the mirror. What's important to me is that he gets a fair go.
That assasination fetish of yours is pretty twisted. There's another topic for your mirror sessions.

I think you have serious issues, as most people on this forum have blasted me for not having an assassination fetish enough... most of the people that are condoning you trying to get a known terrorist illegal gang member into the country want me to kill Russians i.e. Evil, Nash, etc.

What's important to me is that he gets a fair go.

What didn't he get?

Focus love, focus. Conversation right now is limited to the tattoo. Is there any basis for the white house interpretation that it means MS -13 and, more importantly, that it demonstrates membership. Remember, Hegseth has all sorts of tattoos adored by white supremacists, but that doesn't mean he's a member of Aryan Nation.

Lol “cross = white supremacist”

You’re embarrassing yourself

They don't understand basic civics and now they think this goes to trial.

Let me try this one last time: Garcia was not supposed to be deported to El Salvador yet he was. Now he’s in a prison in El Salvador on no charges whatsoever. Yet somehow you’re going to advocate that he does not deserve a trial of any nature? SMH

The left loves the worst people.

Literally insane people. I guess a couple of these guys and cat gals wants a trial for a guy that isn't in U.S. custody, there is no criminal complaint or indictment, and in which he is probably free to go.

In no way did I say that. I provided evidence of his gang membership. I then asked you about it. And you continue repeating the same mantras as a means to avoid the obvious.

You can both agree he’s a gang member and still believe he deserves a trial. You get that, right?

So can you answer the question or are you just going to repeat the same tired lines?

The administration has said he is in the right place as he was removed via AEA.

Now he’s in a prison in El Salvador on no charges whatsoever.

That isn't our problem, he is out of U.S. custody. What does that have to do with us?

Yet somehow you’re going to advocate that he does not deserve a trial of any nature?

On what? He is not under U.S. custody and there is no criminal complaint. All the rest of them are there too.

Rule 3. The Complaint

You want to be consistent or not? One of the tattoos that the WH is claiming is code for MS13 is a cross. And there were numerous tattoos for Hegseth, not just the cross on his chest.

There is no amount of tattoos that changes his legal status, its not material at this stage other than the nutjobs keep using this idiot as a poster boy for some strange reason. 🤷‍♂️

LMAO. No I don’t *know* that he’s a gang member and neither do you. Substituting opinion for fact is definitely a MAGA thing.

Please provide your evidence of all his white suprematist tattoos

I never said my opinion of his gang membership is a fact. You’re just making things up, again. I said there’s evidence. I provided the evidence. I asked you to assess the claim based on that evidence.

Whyre you incapable of answering?

He isn't capable of understanding. They just parrot (receive the program) what someone else says like due process, trial, fair go, etc. But they really have no idea what those things are legally. He apparently wants a juror trial? of someone which the U.S. has not filed a criminal complaint on, in which there is no warrant, in which the U.S. doesn't have custody, and involves some unknown crime.

If the guy did nothing wrong, why does he want him to be criminally prosecuted?

Rich from the group that will disregard any constitutional right and let Dear Leader trample all over them as long as he says "that guy was really bad though"
Rich from the guy that claimed a picture from a different arrest is the one that is argued.....MSM media give you that talking point too.

That’s not what I asked you. You’re responding completely independently of anything I say and simply having a conversation with yourself

You’ve asked me repeatedly to opine on whether or not Garcia is a gang member. And I’m not going to do it. I don’t have all the information. Neither do you.

This is why we have a court system… that Trump loves to ignore.
