The Deportation of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia

He wasn't "dressed like a gang member," he was wearing a Bulls hat. He was "identified" by an informant who everyone agrees is lying and said he was in a gang in a state he had never been to. This might work on MAGAs with room temperature IQs but no one with a brain

Are Bulls hats associated with the gang MS-13? Also his hoodie he was wearing is a reference to a common phrase used by MS-13.

Read the article, saw that and deliberately pretended it didn't exist. Just hilariously dishonest, but no one should be surprised by now

I'm sure it's completely normal for a foreigner with absolutely no ties to Chicago, who came here well after the Bulls championship runs were over and lives in Maryland is a huge Chicago Bulls fan. I'm also sure that he's a big Chiefs fan and the Senator brought him that hat to wear during their meeting. 😂

Right….for example people in Chicago often wear Bulls attire.

But people from El Salvador? Do you think he was just a bulls fan?
Only people in Chicago are fans of Michael f***ing Jordan's team? The right keeps whining about assimilation but when a brown person wears a sports logo, they're in a gang? Has to be a joke

Why then did the Administration not bring up the AEA action before the Court? There's video of DHS' appeal of the SC's directive?

The underlying case is the immigration process not AEA. The lower court doesn't have jurisdiction as it pertains to AEA see Trump v JGG.

They guy was removed via AEA, and it was successful.

What else is there to adjudicate as far as his status?

Lmfao he was just assimilating? Someone is being dishonest.

If he was fleeing gang violence in his home country, why would he knowingly dress like a gang member from his home country?

He wasn't simply wearing the Bulls logo. He was wearing a Bulls logo with money rolls covering the eyes, ears and mouth--indicating hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil--which is specific to the MS-13 gang.

Officers also noted that the illegal migrant’s clothing — a Chicago Bulls hat and hoodie with rolls of money covering the eyes, ears and mouth of the presidents on the different denominations — is “indicative of the Hispanic gang culture.

I’ve posted that about 3x now. He’s intentionally ignoring that in favor of his insane “he’s just a Michael Jordan fan!”.

It's just a coincidence that all of his favorite sports teams primary color is red.
It wasn't just a logo. It was an altered logo that is very specific to a specific group and culture.

What should have been done was have the SoS deem him as a threat to national safety and deport him. Immigration law allows that based solely on the SoS's 'belief' of such, and that evidence alone created enough association to support the belief. No need to try to stretch the AEA to include a non-Argentinian illegal.

Read better. It was a regular Bulls hat, and a "see no evil" hoodie isn't proof he's in a gang either

And yet both of those items are associated with the gang MS-13. MS-13 is a major gang in his home country.

So he would know his attire is associated with that gang?

But you believe he (a man living in Maryland and from El Salvador who was wore it because of his love of Michael Jordan?

Out of curiousity what specifically would it take for you to accept the obvious here

What’s the missing element here for you? Do you only consider people gang members if they admit to being gang members?

Why would he have been with gang members at the time of his arrest and been wearing attire consistent with their gang if he’s not a member?

A gang that he fled from to come here as he checked in annually with ICE and DHS, but he was probably in a gang that whole time because of a hat and a hoodie. Hilariously flimsy

Why would a group of Hispanic people looking for work be standing in a Home Depot parking lot? Have you ever left your house?

Negative. MS-13 is not the gang he claimed to be fleeing. He also did not make that claim until after he was detained. Just like he didn’t get married until after he was detained.

Prior to being detained he was hanging with MS-13 members, wearing multiple articles of clothing associated with MS-13, and being identified as a member.

Seriously, what would it require for you to accept the obvious reality here

He wasn't even named anywhere other than by the guy who said he was in the Westerns clique in New York, and then that guy got arrested. Funny how there's nothing and people will still argue

I’ve seen a lot of Bulls jerseys all over SEA. I better go tip off the Singapore police that they’ve got a bad MS-13 problem.

Help me understand. Your real belief is:

He was just looking for work with 3 other men, 2 of which are known MS-13 members, he was dressed like an MS-13 member, and these are all coincidental.

Is that your real stance

Prior to being detained he was hanging with MS-13 members, wearing multiple articles of clothing associated with MS-13, and being identified as a member.
ALL of this - literally every word of the above - came from the word of one person who said he was in a gang in a state he never even visited, got arrested days later and never testified in court. Like I said, without that guy's extremely flimsy hearsay there's absolutely nothing
