We went a decade where we were averaging something like 6 wins a season. We've won 30 games the last 3 years. This season is likely to be a step back but I don't think the sky is falling or that we're in bad hands. Things are going well.

Yes and no.
If you take a sitting starter from a playoff contender then sure, but if you take a backup, or a kid from Illinois and put him on a championship contender that's an upgrade for the kid.
