Trump Ignores the Courts

It’s my understanding that they are now notified of their ejection. They have an opportunity to state why they should not be expelled. If they don’t fit the category (list of reasons that are acceptable to postpone ejection) then they are ejected and the ruling has been satisfied. I’m getting this from a federal agent I took martial arts with. I have not read up on it. Apparently there are now judges that hear these arguments and that’s all they do to speed the process.

That actually makes sense to me. It operates like traffic court.
thats the key phrase. Trump and his admin weren't doing that before.

it was a knock on your door. "arrest", sent to a deportation station, often out of state, and then on a plane out. no notification, they were never allowed to talk to a lawyer, there never was a deportation order from a judge. arrest is in quotations because they were never told why they were being arrested/detained/taken, and the agents never used the word "arrested".

just government agents grabbing up people and sending them off. no questions asked, no judicial review possible. and the best defense anyone has been able to make of it was a Hilary Clinton "at this point what does it even matter" that they have already been deported and are out of our jurisdiction. the government should never be able to short circuit any process by dumping people of our their jurisdiction and washing their hands of the matter saying its too late to fix it, so why even care.

You don't know any of that because its hasn't been fully adjudicated and much of what you are writing is not even a problem even if true.

no judicial review possible

Why can't it? The wrong can be made a right. Not only before deportation if they get a Habeas order to compel production but even outside the U.S. after deportation.

make of it was a Hilary Clinton "at this point

What Obama, Biden and Hillary were doing was murdering an American when the American wasn't even suspected of being of any immediate danger to the United States or its citizens. That wrong can't be unmade. In this instance, an innocent person can be cleared and no long-term harm was done i.e. wrong made right.

Matter of fact, the Plaintiff(s) withdrew their Habeas claims (see USSC), but the U.S. has released them from custody anyway. If an American got caught up in that, they would have recourse to make the wrong... right. Further, if they nabbed an American twice, I wouldn't see anything wrong with injunction to stop them from deporting the specific American.

Oughtta be fun when they start doing it to US citizens....

Or they could actually file in the correct venue, first.... like what is normally required. Than from there, we can see. If an innocent American gets caught up in any of this, I hope effort is made to make the wrong... right.

Their problems in this instance:

1.) from what we can tell they were illegals, and at most not American
2.) instead of their attorneys filing in the proper venue, they decided to judge shop
3.) when this was pointed out... wrong venue, they went along with the nutty activist judge's scam and turn it into a APA claim.... because they never cared about their client... they cared about Trump i.e. TDS
4.) these same attorneys ratted out their own client as well in some cases by saying they were from Venezuela and sought asylum in the U.S.

But even with all that.... they got their wish i.e. released from U.S. custody.

Regardless of procedural errors in this case, I'm speaking directly to Trump's telegraphing rendition of American citizens being on the table...

Considering his appetite for ignoring the courts, expect the worst case scenario.

I would say he hasn't ignored the court but probably should have. If they on purpose try and deport Americans than I would take issue but regardless it has to be handled in a different way. As far as this judge, he should be investigated for removal, imo.

I would be more concerned with the judge that thinks he is the President.

I believe it was signed off on by a judge before just no actual hearing. This update is really just slide of hand and will not slow the process down in any way.

I have mixed feelings on it but legally the only question should be “are you here legally?”

We need more justices like her, Kavanaugh, and Roberts and less like the 6 partisan hacks.....

What she agreed to in the opposition to the majority is legal nonsense. This was pretty simple, the lower court lacked jurisdiction. Lets forget that there really was no injunction to start with either.

Im not saying that I agreed with the ruling as much as I dont like that 6 justices have their minds made up on any partisan issue before any arguments begin. That isnt good....

We need more justices that follow the Constitution.

I have her pegged as a weak lady that lets emotions dictate her rulings. Look at what she just did…

Or she is being threatened. That’s a possibility

Absolutely spot on, fellow traveler. Due process is an unnecessary hindrance to the dictatorship of the proletariat.
Sort of like how democrat states tried to remove Trump from the ballot under the 14th Amendment with him never having been charged with, much less convicted of insurrection?

I don’t understand the lefts mindset. Cant deport someone here that is breaking our laws bc the slim chance of making a mistake.

TDS is whipping their ***
Especially after the courts totally ignored the illegality of Biden‘s totally open border.
Sort of like letting a robber go and arresting the victim defending themselves.

What about much? Neither are noble acts. Feds denying common individuals due process rates higher on the Stasi scale. Trump was fortunately capably represented by counsel.
