WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court on Tuesday blocked an order for the Trump administration to return to work thousands of federal employees who were let go in mass firings aimed at dramatically downsizing the federal government.

The justices acted in the administration’s emergency appeal of a ruling by a federal judge in California ordering that 16,000 probationary employees be reinstated while a lawsuit plays out because their firings didn’t follow federal law.

The effect of the high court’s order will keep employees in six federal agencies on paid administrative leave for now. Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown Jackson said they would have kept the judge’s order in place.

Not a problem. CNN, MSNBC, ABC News, NBC News, CBS News, The NYT, HuffPo and a lot of other left wing "news" sites would go out of business if they couldn't fabricate and report fake news about President Trump. A lot of people fall for it just like you did.

All Presidents and Politicians lie. Biden lied more than any President in history. His were so bad that they were easily disproven. Got arrested seeing Mandela in prison, Started his education at a HBCU, Got arrested when he was young while protesting racism on a black neighbors porch, Once drove a Semi truck as a job, Only President this Century that had no troops die under his watch, Son lost his life in Iraq, Uncle eaten by cannibals(WOW!), Graduated in top half of law class, House burned down with wife inside, Grew up in Puerto Rican community, Trump left him with an inflation rate of 9%(it was actually 1.4% when Trump left office), Claimed a Conductor told him he traveled 2 million miles on Amtrak but the Conductor was dead at the time of the story, Never talked to Hunter about his business dealings, Will not pardon Hunter, Hunter never made money in China and Biden even withdrew from the 1988 election because he plagiarized a speech and lied about his number of degrees and Law School ranking. Don't remember you complaining about these?

Trump in 1st term, Obama, Bush Jr, Clinton and Bush Sr also had many many lies as did all the Presidents before them(Except Abe!). They all do it. Sorry to break the news to you. The biggest difference in the last few years is the media makes up lies about Trump while covering up Biden and Obama lies. The media even called Biden's lies gaffes to cover for him.
