That's why I think that a more surgical approach would have had more impact w/o sending economy in the tank. Tarriff the heck out of critical infrastructure industries, or industries where we presently have capacity domestically, but are having trouble competing b/c of dumping and develop a long term plan w/ gov't subsidies to allow our domestic drug/steel/tech industries to thrive long term. Not knowing if tariffs will exist next month isn't a long term strategy...imo.When you depend on your biggest rival for medicine and chips you need to be more than just a service economy. Not all manufacturers need to come back but some absolutely must return

You don’t capitalize people. Especially if you’re discussing someone being the absolute dumbest mf on planet Earth. You do capitalize Earth though. I’ll be here in two years to revisit. That's the absolute dumbest mf on planet earth. In 2 years, People will not even admit to voting for this piece of ****.

We are living thru an epic temper tantrum that is costing the world trillions in lost valuations. That’s all this is.OMFG. This guy is such an idiot.
It is either unrelenting idiocy or it is the shrewdest and greatest executive economic decision ever. I don't see how the second is true if these tariffs kick in and are in effect for a substantial period of time, but as a fan of America, I sure hope for all of us that it is.We are living thru an epic temper tantrum that is costing the world trillions in lost valuations. A lot of what he did in his first hundred days is positive and I agree with. This tariff/trade war stupidity is on par with the stupidest presidential decisions of the last 100 years.
Hey I want to be wrong on what I said but I don’t think I am right now. This idiocy looks to be one of the most significant **** ups of a president in the last 100 years and it’s completely self inflicted. It is either unrelenting idiocy or it is the shrewdest and greatest executive economic decision ever. Regardless, this does seem a good way for everyone who wishes they got in the market when it was lower to have a second chance. Instead, I suspect they will bitch about the "rich" who make money off this dip, as if it is investor's fault they took the risk and put money in the market when it was cheap. (Note: This is not investment advice. I know even less about that than the rest of you; this is just an observation about people in general.)
If this is your standard for calling someone 'delusional' why weren't you calling for Biden to be removed? His damage will take decades to unwind. The tariffs are a beautiful thing to behold????
He's delusional. Time to invoke the 25th and get him out, before its too late.
