Yep, I tuned out with 10 minutes to go and checked back in to see Kelvin Sampson being interviewed, like huh? I’ll take it though

For sure he doesn't. Scheyer deserves the lions share of the credit for that loss. Credit to Houston for taking advantage of an absolute monumental choke job but no way does coach K not draw up a play to get that ball in and into the hands of who he wanted shooting free throws.
Not only that, but if felt Duke just wanted to eat the clock up and get out of there with the dub.
I'm never a fan of just trying to burn clock with a big lead.

The story line will be UF coming back from down 9 and Houston coming back from 7, though Houston's was far more dramatic.

Houston seems like a team of destiny. They're playing 3 hours down the road from their home, just beat the best team in college basketball after being down 7 with 1:30 left to play and have just shown an unmatched level of defensive intensity and grit during this tournament

As bandwagon fans often do, you will see people coming out of the woodwork in the city of Houston heading to San Antonio Monday night claiming to be lifelong Cougars fans. Where in reality, they probably couldn’t name one starter on this team. lol.

For the second straight season we get knocked out in the elite eight by a team going to the championship game.

Unbelievable comeback by the Cougars. Had written them off for dead but they just keep coming. Will be pulling for them and Sampson Monday night for sure. Love to watch Clayton but just can’t pull for Coach Creeper.

I guess the most controversial play is Flagg’s over the back foul. Didn’t look like much to me but one article said he was holding Roberts’ left arm down. Would have to see the video on that. I do know that Houston leads the nation in “tip out” rebounds and they get away with that same play on a lot of those. Flagg didn’t and it was a big play. But ONE FG in the last 10 minutes is what beat Duke. I’ve seen posters on here say that offense wins championships and not defense. Houston disagrees with that.
