The Official Texas A&M @ #1 Tennessee Series Thread (Fri. April 4 7PM EDT ESPNU) (Sat. April 5 Doubleheader SECNET+)

This might not be a popular take, but losing this game wasn’t the worst thing to happen. It looked to me like they were pushing a bit too much in the last 3 innings, trying to play catch up, and ended up making a few mistakes in the process.

It’s not often these days that the Vols are behind going into the last 3 innings of a game. As the season progresses, and the competition gets tougher heading into post season play, you want your boys to be tested in difficult situations. And although they didn’t pull off the win, this was valuable experience to gain at this point of the season. You’re not going to win them all, so take the experience, learn from it, and they’ll be a better team going forward. Just an opinion as always though.

And that is what TV got so worked up about? Yeah that is embarrassing.
It was probably more of a loud mouth drunk yelling disparaging things about Snead. CTV had his back and shut it down. I have zero problem with that. Most would give the best coach in college baseball the benefit of the doubt.

Yeah there is ZERO place for that. I don't go to football games anymore for all the drunks. Last two games there was vol on vol violence and it was women trying to start stuff with men!

So did TV's Dad send the guy out of the park or what?

Where did I trash a player?

The fan in the stands was and your comments reflected that you don’t approve of a coach putting an end to them. You’re welcome to your opinion as is the person in the stands.

I’m trying to assist you in how this community works. That’s all. Again, welcome to the forum.
