I call this the Ofer outing, which we have seen many times before. They come out ice cold 0 for 12, 0 for 14, and it's contagious; no one can throw it in the hole. This creates a lot of extra rebounds off their misses and makes it challenging to set the defense. Combine that with giving up nine offensive rebounds, and it's men against boys. I was hoping we would not see this side again this season.

One of those days . That’s elite teams are “elite” b/c they play well on biggest stage.

We just can’t get there as a program w baseball being exception. So frustrating! I thought this was the yr.

Probably the only positive I can think about is that I think this put my mind at ease on the question of Rick’s future here. I don’t think he’ll want his career to end on a note like this. I’m now certain he’ll be coming back for at least one more bite at the FF apple.

What are you talking about the SEC is the new basketball league according to all the fans and talkers . Next year it will be back to the norm 7-8 teams. With Kentucky, Florida leading the way . This year was an anomaly you won’t see this again for as long as it took to break the record of 11 teams.

These games can happen... but there's an undeniable mental hurdle they must overcome to even get back in this.
